Q. Do your jerseys fit like a modern jersey that I can buy in most stores today?
A. The length of our jersey is shorter than most modern shirts today. All part of the characteristics that make the Hometown Jersey the great looking authentic garment that it is.
Q. Whats the best way to ensure I get the size/fit I like?
A. We suggest you take out a pull over shirt that you like the fit of and measure it in comparison to our size chart. Everyone likes their clothes to fit differently so if you take the time to measure, you'll get the fit you like.
Q. Where do I include the text that I want on my jersey?
A. When building your jersey, our system will ask you what text you would like. It will also ask if you want text on the front, back or both. If there are any special instructions, there is also a place for "notes" before you check out. Please double check your spelling : ) We make the jersey's and T's exactly as you specify and we work quickly.
Q. Can I order a blank jersey without text or a design?
A. No. All jerseys must include text, an additional design or both.
Q. What colors do the felt letters come in?
A. The felt letters, numbers and lightning bolt come in cream, black or old gold felt. The Sta-Lube logo, the Skull and Crossbones, the 45 Record Adaptor and Large Circle with two numbers of your choice come in cream or black felt. You will choose the color while building your jersey.
Q. What does "stitched on" mean?
A. "Stitched on" letters and designs are just that, we sew them on, one a a time the old fashion way. We like the look you get from using a sewing machine, not a computer and embroidery machine. Its cheaper and faster to sew with a computer these days but that is not the look we are going for.
Q. What is the turnaround time?
A. Custom jerseys can take up to 2 weeks, at times sooner. Custom logos take longer.
Q. How should I care for my Felt lettered Jersey?
A. The Old Gold felt is wool. To keep it looking great, we recommend washing in cold, shake it out and throw over a chair or lay flat to dry. Care for it like you would a vintage garment!
If you happen to throw if in the dryer by accident, the wool felt will get fluffy or fuzzy. It doesn't ruin the garment, it just has a more "worn" look. You can feel free to iron over the top of the wool to smooth it back down a bit. When ironing over the Cream or Black felt, use a warm, not hot iron.
Q. Can you put my Custom Logo or Font on my jersey and how long does it take?
A. Yes! If you own a logo for your business, band or club, we are happy to create your logo out of felt. We can also create a custom font/script. There is a one time $40 fee for art set up and when we custom cut, the design has to be cut in minimum quantity of 5 or more. If you ever re-order a jersey with the same design, we'll already have your art work so you won't be charged the art set up fee again. The turnaround time for a custom logo is approximately 3-4 weeks. We will need a clean photo of the logo or design. Feel free to send a photo and contact us for a quote.
Our standard lettering is in a font called "Pro-Block" and is included with standard pricing.
Q. Can you put Brand Name Logos on your jerseys?
We cannot use Brand Name logos if you don't own it or you don't already see it on our site.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we can ship to almost every country around the world.
Q. What shipping method do you use?
A. In the U.S. we ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail when possible or International Priority. It depends on the weight and value of the package.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom lettered jerseys. Please use the size chart where you see the jersey details while purchasing to ensure you order the correct size. Double check spelling, size and color ordered and follow proper care instructions.
